Cacao is nutrient rich and contains flavonoid antioxidants, caffeine, magnesium, sulfur, oleic acid, tryptophan and theobromine. It also contains mood boosters anandamide, and phenylethylamine which help to produce endorphins and serotonin - the feel good chemicals.

During a cacao ceremony, you initially be guided to find a space of relaxation using relaxation and meditation techniques. From there you will be guided on a Shamanic journey to connect with your own intuition and inner guidance to benefit your own wellbeing. You will be supported with your journey from start to finish.

Face to Face Ceremony: I undertake face to face ceremonies for up to 10 people either outside or inside - these ceremonies usually happen in London, Surrey and Shrewbury but I am happy to explore alternative venues. 

​

Monthly Online Ceremony: When you book on to a ceremony, I send you all the information to help prepare you for your journey including possible places to buy your cacao. A small community of participants meet online every month and support one another with their learning and growth. 

​

Private, bespoke Ceremony: I can offer a ceremony for you and your friends in a setting of your choice- whether in a physical setting or online. Once we have agreed on a time and date, I will ensure all the preparation and equipment is available for you to experience a deep, soothing and soul satisfying journey - perfect for alternative hen parties, group get-togethers and a different way of socialising.

Please note that any ceremonies outside of Shrewsbury will incur a travelling charge.
